AI has long since arrived in your business.

Your employees use ChatGPT, Copilot or other tools, often every day. In most cases, nobody has defined what is allowed and who is accountable for it. We help you put rules in place so that your team can use AI safely.

What we achieve for you:

  • Reduce effort and costs: Your employees know what they are allowed to do with AI and do not have to ask every time.

  • Speed up decisions: You see where AI is used in your business and where it really saves you time.

  • Reduce liability: Approvals, training and responsibilities are recorded in writing. This protects the company and its management.

With the free AI Readiness Check, you can see in 10 minutes where you stand today.

Does this sound familiar?

An employee uploads a customer contract to ChatGPT to have it summarised. She saves an hour. Whether she was allowed to, nobody knows.

Five different AI tools are in use in the team. Employees pay for some of them privately, and nobody has approved any of them.

The accounts department receives a call. The voice sounds exactly like the boss's, and he asks for an urgent payment.

The board of directors asks how the company deals with AI. Everyone on the management team gives a different answer.

Step 2

Solving the problem

Tailored set of modules

AI Management and Risk Analysis

We take a close look at your business over three to five working days. Afterwards, we sit down with the management team for two hours. You receive a short written report. It shows where you stand, what needs to be done within the next twelve months and where to start.

Leadership and Risk Dashboard

Here you can see which AI tools are in use, what for, with which data and who approved them. When the board of directors, the auditors or the supervisory authority ask, you have the answer ready.

E-learning on AI competence

Your employees learn what they are allowed to do with AI and how to recognise fake emails, voices and videos. Everyone who completes the course receives a certificate. This way, the training is documented.

1:1 sparring for decision-makers

We help the management team find a shared stance on AI. And we support you when questions or resistance arise within the team.

Implementation in your business and process optimisation

Together with you, we write the AI policy, define responsibilities and set up the approvals. Where AI can take work off your hands, we introduce it together with your team.

Step 3

The result

Control through structure

  • Reduced risk and liability: Everyone knows which tools and which data are permitted.

  • Leadership: The management team decides where AI is used.

  • Swiss and EU standards: You comply with the FADP and, where necessary, the EU AI Act.

  • Traceable documentation: Every use of AI is recorded.

  • Implementation in your business: The rules are put into practice in everyday work.

Legal situation

What applies today

Switzerland:

There is no dedicated AI law yet. However, the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies to any AI that works with personal data. The board of directors is responsible for the organisation of the company, and that includes how it deals with AI.

EU:

Anyone who uses AI output in the EU or offers it there falls under the EU AI Act. This already applies if your team uses ChatGPT. You must then ensure that your employees learn how to use AI.

Outlook:

The Swiss Confederation is working on AI regulation. Companies that have clear rules in place now are well prepared for it.

FAQ

We only use ChatGPT. Does this affect us?

Yes. It is precisely with the well-known tools that many businesses lack clear rules.

Does the EU AI Act apply to Swiss companies?

Yes, as soon as you use AI output in the EU or offer it there. The check shows whether this applies to you.

Do we have to provide evidence of training?

If you have links to the EU, you must train your employees in the use of AI. Evidence of this also helps you with clients and the board of directors.

How does the AI Readiness Check differ from the Management and Risk Check?

Both work in the same way. The AI Readiness Check deals with AI only. The Management and Risk Check looks at the entire company.

Does this replace legal advice?

No. We clarify detailed legal questions with your lawyers or with our legal team.
